Terms and Conditions of your FREE no-obligation 28 day trial of Call Director, Goldfish’s virtual switchboard service.
- Once you have registered we will contact you to confirm the number you require and set up your trial. Your 28 days commence from the day on which you number is assigned to your account.
- The trial includes Irish or U.K. phone numbers only.
- The trial does not include call charges. Please note, by registering for this trial you agree to pay all per minute call charges that you incur. For details of all our call charges please see here: call charges
- Please be aware this a VoIP virtual phone number, which is accessed over the Internet. You will need a VoIP compatible handset to make and receive calls or you can use a choice of softphone, webphone or an app. We will advise you of ways to use our service that suit you best. Please see here how to use VoIP.
- Your trial will cease at midnight 28 days after it commences and your number will no longer operate, unless you add payment details to your account to cover the ongoing monthly service charges. They are a €5 per month number service charge for Irish phone numbers and €10 per month for U.K. phone numbers.
